  2. The only problem is that today you can't get those 'super' fruits full of these nice vitamins and nutrients. The soil have been depleted from there resources due to intense cultivation and they are collected when they are still ripe. they are full of pesticides and grow with chemical fertilizer. In all those articles about the benefits of fruits and vegetables, saying today that eating then is good for your health should be followed by: 'well if you grow them yourself or you can find them where they are grown responsibly'. And the last thing: they don't even taste well anymore.

  3. The grammar on the articles found within this site is atrocious. They probably outsourced updating this site to some child labourers.

  5. "Your grammer is a little off too. I'm am English teacher so i always notice that stuff, however I came to this site for the information, not to correct someone grammer." You should not be an English teacher nor should you talk about the quality of grammar when yours is so horribly bad.

    1. This article has nothing to do with English grammar so why even bring this up. I really hope all of you who are criticizing someone else for their grammar, your own grammar is 100% perfect 24 hrs a day. If it is not then you have no right to criticize someone else's! Honestly it makes me sick how people constanly downgrade another individual usually a complete stranger by pointing out all the negative thing's this other person has done but never or hardly ever point out the good thing's and try to uplift another individual. If people where more positive to other people especially complete strangers and stop always being negative trying to tear down another indiviual this world would be a better place. God did not make us perfect or even intend for us to be perfect. Are flaws is what make us unique and are own person because otherwise we would all be the same. So stop trying to purposely hurt or bring down another individuals spirit just because you don't agree with what they have sd. Just like in above comment you did not need to say this person does not need to be a English teacher because of a couple of lines they wrote on the internet. You don't have to bash someone on purpose to get your point across and I think everyone should remember what we all learned in kindergarten if you don't have anything nice to say then do not say anything at all! P.S. no need to respond about my grammar because trust me I KNOW MINE IS NO WHERE NEAR PERFECT! But that doesn't mean I am not a smart person, I am a license practical nurse and I'm school in the lpn to RN bridge program for nursing and I have a 4.0 grade point average so please stop assuming everyone who does not speak or write in proper grammar is in anyway stupid because they are not!!!!

  6. I bristle when I see foods being called "healthy".
They may be health promoting but they are all dead before they are consumed.

  10. I 100% agree about correcting your English or grammar. Im a nurse too & sometimes when we write online & we are in a hurry, we make mistakes. As a nurse we can not afford to make mistakes in charting or we lose our license. But your intention to share information was honest to goodness. Thank you for having the time to post that especially for people who are unaware or no knowledge. I myself had to buy a book about vegetables & fruits benefits & written by different doctors all over the world. Anyway, thanks for sharing this information. Next time, lets not compete with grammar, lets compete with spelling, lol.

  12. I agree, the article is about fruit. When we criticize others we're only finding fault with ourselves. lets all learn to treat each other, and especially ourselves, with more kindness & respect, starting with a healthy diet, including fruit.

  13. In basketball, dribbling counts. In baseball, catching counts. In writing, no matter what the subject, grammar counts. Spelling counts. Punctuation counts. "The first mark of an educated person is the ability to communicate clearly and correctly in your mother tongue." Walter Chrysler said that, and he was an automoble manufacturer, not an English teacher.

    1. okay you mean arseholes because ass is a donkey. By the way we are not all english that is why some of us make a lot of spelling mistakes. We have our mother languages as well which of course if a spelling mistake is noticed then we also get critised for that as well. It seems that the subject on these fruit was translated from another language to english.
