hercules's owner j.flynn and his wife wendy of peabody, massachetts own hercules. flynn, who is a big man himself, weighed 270 pounds and his dog still weighed more then him, tipping the scales at 282 pounds with a 38 inch neck.
truly nature is amazing and this can show the story of nature is great because nature stunned us everytime!!

Wow that dog is huge! I have seen Hercules before! He is 1 big dog adorable and I bet he is just 1 big mush! :-)

ReplyDeleteActually all things aside that dog isn't an English Mastiff or A Tibetan Mastiff folks ! Look up the breeds . That dog is a blue Neopolitian Mastiff . Had a boy myself named Bruser > He was 27 inches at the shoulder and weighed in at heaviest of 250 lbs. Bruser's fathers name was Tank -was 25 inches at shoulder and weighed in at 230 lbs. And his grandaddy was Sherman from Italy -23 inches and weighed in at 240 lds.

According to the shadows in the picture the sun was coming from both sides of them. Her shadow on her right side and his is from his left side.
ReplyDeleteThe story does not identify the people in the photo. It does not say that the man is J. Flinn, 270 lb. man. I would think a 270 lb. man might have a difficult time walking a 282 lb. mastiff for much of a distance. These comments are full of silly assumptions. The shadows are all coming from the same direction, geesh. PEACE
